Naxian Culinary Experience at Villa Bella

 

Delight your senses with an exclusive Naxian culinary experience. You will be introduced to a variety of gastronomic treasures and sample some of the best that the island has to offer.

This tailor-made experience is a blend of 
traditional Greece blended with international influences.

Your trip will include a visit to a local organic farm to select foods for a home prepared
meal, you will sample a local wine tasting, dine in carefully chosen restaurants, that are often hidden gems,  offering traditional, locally sourced and prepared cuisine, paired with an authentic atmosphere and some great views. You will enjoy a 4-course masterclass
in the Villa, cooked by your own private chef.  Have a mixology demonstration by a master blender and enjoy an array of cocktails.

 

You will be able to get involved with the olive harvest and oil pressing, and enjoy
a homemade BBQ on the spacious and beautiful terrace of Villa Bella.

For those who are brave enough to face an early morning there is a trip to the bakery to take part in the making and baking of the famous Greek Spanakopita, before enjoying your freshly baked breakfast.

Dive into a new way of small group travel and enjoy a spacious shared villa with like minded people.  All rooms have an with ensuite private bathroom, and step out onto verandahs offering magnificent views of sea and mountain.  The shared kitchen will be the heart of the house and the place to be for this week. Join us in the preparation of your breakfast, snacks and other meals served at the house, or just sit back and enjoy having them made – Our private chefs will be happy to tell you where all the products, that are locally sourced, and in the main organic, come from.
